György Verebes awarded the Pro Urbe Lifetime Achievement Award

György Verebes has been awarded the 2026 Pro Urbe Lifetime Achievement Award of Senta, his native city.

The distinction recognises his artistic career and achievements and his contribution to the cultural life and reputation of his hometown.

Verebes was nominated for the distinction by the staff of the City Museum of Senta. The award will be presented as part of the official celebrations marking the Day of the City of Senta.
